European Union application example

Trademark Quarter platform and filing-service charge: €199.

EUIPO official fee: €850 for the first class, €50 for the second class and €150 for each class from the third onwards.

Any professional legal review or representation is a separate service and is identified and priced before it is instructed.

United Kingdom official fees

The UKIPO online application fee is currently £205 for one class, plus £60 for each additional class. Trademark Quarter service charges and any professional charges remain separate from that official fee.

Madrid / international applications

Madrid System charges depend on the mark, the classes and the countries or regions designated. The relevant WIPO and designated-office charges must therefore be calculated for the specific application rather than hidden inside a fixed bundle.

No hidden official-fee margin

Official registry fees are third-party charges. Trademark Quarter does not present them as platform revenue. Before a chargeable filing or renewal action is confirmed, the intended checkout must show the platform charge, official fee and professional fee as separate lines.

Official-fee examples above reflect the published fee schedules checked in August 2026 and can be updated by the platform administrator when registry fees change.
